  Said they can't send me a statement with the amount that I owe them. They can tell me over the phone but not produce any sort of documentation so I can pay them. And threatening to send me to court to sue me. What!? Reading the reviews of this place and seems like it's a regular occurance. If you are dealing with them I'm very sorry and wish good luck.

  Called to clear up some debt with them yesterday. They went above and beyond to help me. If anyone has had issues with this company, it's your own fault! I do have 2 other collections with them and they were more than willing to take payments. Bottom line, don't be upset with debt collectors, it's YOUR fault! They are just doing their job!

  Called several times and they put me on hold, then hung up. They don't even try to talk to you. No letters were received from them, then a certified letter comes in about going to court! Why would anyone even consider going to these guys?!

  I own a business in which they garnished an employee of mine. Their totals NEVER matched the county court in which the judgement was awarded. It was always higher by Credit Management with no good explanation as to why. I've mailed the final payment today, and when the dust has settled, my employee paid OVER 1K extra from the original lien amount. Not even sure how this is legal, but my employee did contact an attorney in town to look into it. Ironically this was suggested by a person who works for the lien department at Lancaster County Court. "they do this all the time", she stated. Sad days when companies can take advantage of a full time working Mother of 3! Disgusted!

  One star is one too many for this outfit. This is the most disrespectful company of any kind of business that I have ever encountered. My son was hurt playing college ball, and one of his medical bills got sent here. He called to ask if he could pay it over the phone and they wouldn't let him because he wanted to use my card and his name wasn't on it. They want to collect your money, but then they make you jump through hoops to get it paid. It would be one thing if they were understanding and willing to help, but this lady was completely rude. I could hear the conversation she was having with my son, and she should be embarrassed to be that discourteous, uncivil, and ill-mannered.
