  I travel constantly for work which can make scheduling appointments a challenge. Several weeks ago I made an appointment for 2:00 pm on a Friday afternoon because I knew I would be here in Grand Island. At the time, I explained my scheduling difficulties and was told "don't worry if you're a little late because we're open until 5:00." I was running late, so I called and left a voice message to let them know. When I did get there a sign in the window said that they had closed at 1:00 pm and would return Monday morning. EVEN IF I HAD GOTTEN THERE EARLY THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED! No phone call to let me know, or to reschedule, just a handwritten sign in the window. It should have simply read "F-You, it's a beautiful Friday afternoon, and we WILL have other clients! " Very unprofessional! I hope you choose a different business the next time you need tax services.
